I'm such a Photoshop newbie, but despite that fact I managed to obtain some pretty good results using your tutorial(especially since I'm not totally familiarised with layers), with the only difference that I used a scanned sketch at the beginning. Thanks a lot for your tips! Ah, and hint: on most English keyboards "Ctrl" stands for "Strg"(I've had a German keyboard myself some time ago, I suppose that's what you have):P
